Pop FAQ

  • What is the difference between shipping and delivery? We deliver orders locally in LA and ship orders to our friends outside of LA.

  • How are sno pops shipped? Sno pops are shipped frozen in dry ice via Fed-Ex two-day shipping every Tuesday of each week for orders placed Monday by 4pm PST. Orders placed after will ship the following week.

  • Is there a shipping order minimum? There is a 12-pop shipping order minimum.

  • Is there an order cancellation fee? Yes, once you’ve received notification that your order has been prepared and wrapped, there will be a cancellation fee.

  • Are sno pops perishable? Yes, they must be kept frozen upon arrival.

  • How does local delivery work? Select “Ship” at check out, once you enter the local delivery address, you will be able to select the local delivery option. After placing your order online, you will receive a text to arrange your delivery date/time. For deliveries more than 20 miles from 90065, send an email to lauda@snoconamor.com to place your order.

  • How does local pickup work? Local pickup is in East Los Angeles. After placing your order online, you will receive a text to arrange your delivery date/time. 

  • Will you cater sno pops at my event? Yes! Please submit a catering inquiry.

  • Can I carry your sno pops in my store? Yes! We would love to collaborate, please send an email to hola@snoconamor.com.

  • Do sno pops contain preservatives? No, our sno pops are all-natural, wholesome, and preservative-free.

  • Are sno pops plant-based? Our sno pops are plant-based with the exception of Mango Lassi (contains whole milk yogurt).

  • Are sno pops gluten and soy-free? Our sno pops are gluten and soy-free with the exception of Mexican Chocolate, which may contain traces of wheat.
