AUTHENTIC SHAVE ICE
HANDCRAFTED WITH LOVE
NOT just the best SNO CONES ever BUT OUR CHARMING SET UP CREATES AN OLD TIME EXPERIENCE THAT YOUR GUESTS ARE SURE TO ENJOY!
A FAMILY TRADITION
Growing up in the kitchen of her mom and dad's ice cream parlor, Los Alpes Paleteria, located in Huntington Park, founder Lauda Flores grew up making authentic Mexican paletas (popsicles), sno cones & homemade ice cream from the time she was 8 years old.
LA Weekly’s food critic, Jonathan Gold named Los Alpes his “favorite paleteria”!
After many years in the entertainment industry, Lauda found herself longing for these childhood yummies and was inspired to bring Raspados, traditional Mexican sno cones, to the streets of Hollywood but with a healthy natural twist!
Sno cones seemed like such a dying breed and with good reason. With all that Mother Nature has to offer, why go with the artificial stuff?
Our handcrafted syrups are made from fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and flower extracts, free from artificial flavors, colors or refined sugar and then poured onto fluffy shave ice and served in compostable cups - Earth Day everyday!
Our name comes from the abundance of love that goes into making each and every one of these little guys.
